I spend a great deal of time considering new and novel interfaces for the control of computer music. These range from simple switching mechanisms to complex, multi-touch interfaces. In performing this research and building these interfaces, I hope to ease the burden on a performer wishing to use digital sound in their live performances, and enable composers and artists to raise the potential for virtuosity and ease of acquisition with my own synthesis programming.
